Mindful Teens
How Can Young People Be Helped To:

Feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled? Get on better with others?
Concentrate and learn more effectively? Cope with stress and anxiety?
Perform better in music and sport? Deal more effectively with life’s challenges?

By taking part in one of our teen.b groups, which have been carefully developed by highly skilled teachers to specifically appeal to young people. (.b stands for Stop, Breathe and Be.)

We have both trained with the MISP (Mindfulness in Schools Project) to deliver teen.b and are now able to offer courses both within and outside of the school setting.

If you represent a Secondary School and would like us to deliver teen.b to your pupils then please contact us for more information. teen.b is currently being taught in a number of public, private and state schools with great success and is currently the subject of a research project being carried out by Oxford and Exeter Universities.
